Yes! We can book your dream Nordic adventure regardless of where in the world you are based. However, please be aware that all payments need to be made in GBP due to us operating through a UK subsidiary (Jamie Wake Travel).

100% - That’s what we do! Nordic Travel Table is especially suited to UK travellers who want local insight, and a more personal way to explore the Nordics and Scandinavia.
You let us know your dream trip, and we’ll handle flights, hotels, transfers and activities and anything else needed.

Certainly! Nordic Travel Table has a strong food and culture focus, including local restaurants, cafés, bakeries, markets, food halls, Nordic dining experiences and authentic places that travellers may not easily find on their own.

We like to keep things simple here and that means there’s a transparent 25% markup on supplier costs for tailor-made arrangements, clearly detailed in your quotation, prior to booking/payment. For pre-built package holidays (i.e. TUI), there is usually no extra fee - either way, we will clearly communicate this to you in writing.
-
Definitely! We can book any type or length of trip, no matter where you are in the world. We also have access to industry rates on all holiday aspects to help you find suitable options for your budget and preferences.

For Helsinki city breaks and simple Finland itineraries, a few weeks may be enough. For Lapland, Christmas, Northern Lights trips, summer peak season or multi-country Nordic holidays, it is best to enquire several months in advance as these can book up fast. Send us an enquiry on the ‘Contact & Plan’ page of your dream trip and we’ll work together to make it happen!
Please note that if booking within 12 weeks of intended trip, full payment will be required. Anything over 12 weeks can be secured with a low deposit payment. These rules are set by the travel consortium that we operate through and are therefore non-negotiable.
Details on payments can be found at ‘3. Booking and Payment’ on our Terms & Conditions.

Our holidays are ATOL protected, giving you complete peace of mind when you travel. In addition, your booking includes Scheduled Airline Failure Insurance (SAFI) and Supplier Failure Insurance (SFI), providing extra cover in the unlikely event an airline or travel supplier ceases trading.
